If a subscription is not what you expected, write to contact@myokiomoyo.com within 14 days of the charge and it will be refunded in full, no reason needed. After 14 days, refunds are at my discretion but are usually given where a technical fault stopped you reading.

Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro rata within 14 days; after that the unused portion is refunded only if the site has been unavailable for a sustained period.

Cancellation is not a refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.

Duplicate charges, and charges taken after a cancellation was requested, are always refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
