1. Who this is. This site is operated by E. Entizne, an individual trading as Myokio Moyo, of Granite, Oklahoma, United States. Contact: contact@myokiomoyo.com.

2. Adults only. All content is adult fiction. By using the site you confirm you are 18 or over. Visitors under 18 may browse, but explicit material is written for adults and the age gate is advisory rather than enforced by document check.

3. Accounts. Keep your login to yourself. Sharing an account within a household is tolerated; posting credentials publicly is not. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval chosen, at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars. Existing subscribers get 30 days' notice of any increase. Cancel at any time from the account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the separate refund policy.

5. What you may do with the work. Read it, stream the audio, and quote short extracts with credit and a link. You may not repost full chapters, redistribute audio files, translate for publication, or sell the work. Personal copies of chapters for offline reading are fine.

6. Ownership. Original works, and the text of all works on this site, remain the property of the author. Fan fiction is based on properties owned by others — chiefly J.K. Rowling and Warner Bros. — and those rights remain theirs. Nothing here grants you rights in either.

7. Fan fiction status. Fan works are unauthorised by, and not endorsed by, the owners of the underlying properties. They are offered free of charge on the Nifty Archive and sold here as part of a membership.

8. Availability. The site is provided as-is and as-available. Reasonable effort is made to keep it running; no uptime guarantee is given. Chapters may be revised, reordered, or withdrawn, and the library may change.

9. Acceptable use. Don't scrape the site in bulk, don't attempt to bypass the paywall, don't run automated downloads of the audio, and don't use the comment system to advertise.

10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by Oklahoma law.

11. Changes. These terms may change. Material changes are announced by newsletter or on the site 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the site means accepting them.

12. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
